Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.
  2. Time Frame
    • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  3. Exclusions
    • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Customized or personalized jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Refund Process
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
  5. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
